Wrestling
.

Whatever your weight class, and whether you’re a heel, babyface, or rock, all wrestlers have the same goal–success on the mat. Whether you feed off of or ignore the audience, your focus is on conquering your opponent. It starts with your stance, head high and arms ready as your first line of defense. With your feet tractioned, you change your level and shoot. True excellence in the sport comes from a deep arsenal of skills and an intuitive understanding of the moves needed to strategically take down your opponent. When we protect our wrestlers, we keep this sport safe and healthy for all.
